Carrying the nation’s burden on our shoulders,

We came here all along,

With ammos and splinters all along,

Dint have food for so long,

MERCY?? We expect not..

SYMPATHY?? we show not….

Can there  be a better way to die???

With bullets decorating my chest,

Am all set to take deep rest,

Can feel my heart pound,

even sense its discrete sound,

all I now know is

am to die……………….

With my vision all blurred,

i pity you thy master,

THE SAVIOUR

A baby in thy hands
so secure around thy arms,
we ask for a saviour again,
to bind this broken mirror one.

with this wish coming true...........

we see a paradise,
where a child a loses no tear,
and a blooming rose in every cheek,
with the world a garden of flowers ,
we never see them fading away
with love all around ,
what else can we wish for......

THE UNCLAIMED LAD!!

He was lying there at the end of the road
just like an unclaimed corpse
lost in his world of ambitious dreams
nothing seemed to move him
neither the horn nor the stray dog....

His face bore an innocent smile
it said all the pain he is through
had a meal two days back
his physique said all that
     yet he lies there unclaimed!!!

He wanted to study
a dying mom...money took priority
he wished to play
his tired legs didn't give way
           yet he lies there unclaimed!!

having pocketed millions
swimming in wealth
brimming with health
millions have more than just a good night sleep.
                   yet he lies there unclaimed!!!
He is still there
just at the end of the road
in search of a hand
to lift him off the floor..

                   well, will he ever be claimed???
